At Corvexa Jewellery, all jewellery products are made-to-order. Each order is specially prepared after customer confirmation, so production and shipping time may vary depending on the design, customization, order quantity, and delivery location.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Because our jewellery is made-to-order, we require approximately 10 business days to make and prepare your order.
Production time starts only after:
- Order details are confirmed
- Payment is completed
- Size, design, metal, stone, and customization details are approved by the customer
Please note that business days do not include weekends, public holidays, or unexpected production delays.
2. Shipping Time
After production is completed, shipping usually takes approximately 8 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
3. Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated time for made-to-order production and shipping is approximately:
10 business days for making + 8 to 10 business days for shipping
So, the estimated total delivery time is around 18 to 20 business days after order confirmation and payment completion.
Please note that this is an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed delivery date.
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of placing the order.
Corvexa Jewellery is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details if available from the courier service.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges required by their country.
Corvexa Jewellery is not responsible for customs delays, customs charges, import duties, or local taxes applied by the destination country.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.
If the package is lost during shipping, we will assist you in communicating with the shipping provider. However, final resolution may depend on the courier company’s investigation and policy.
