Refund policy

At Corvexa Jewellery, every jewellery piece is specially made to order as per the customer’s selected design, size, metal, stone, and customization requirements. Because our products are custom-made and not ready-stock items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order is confirmed.

1. No Return Policy

All orders placed with Corvexa Jewellery are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after placing the order
Wrong size selected by the customer
Change in design preference
Customized or personalized jewellery
Made-to-order jewellery
Delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or courier services
Minor natural variation in gemstones, diamonds, metal finish, or handmade detailing

Customers are requested to carefully check all product details, size, design, metal, stone, and customization requirements before confirming the order.

2. No Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

As each product is created specially for the customer, refunds are not available for made-to-order jewellery.

3. Order Confirmation

Before we begin production, customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details, including:

Product design
Ring size or jewellery size
Metal type
Stone type
Customization details
Quantity
Shipping details

After confirmation, Corvexa Jewellery will process the order according to the approved details.

4. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution if the issue is verified and approved by Corvexa Jewellery.

Please note: Claims without proper proof, photos, or video may not be accepted.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All Corvexa Jewellery products are custom-made or made-to-order. Because of this, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a verified mistake from our side.
